*A Winter Evening with Olpro

Hey Guys!

I recently had the opportunity to review a café mug from the new Olpro, tableware collection. I loved the design of the mug and the fact that it was also environmentally-friendly gave it an additional bonus.

Olpro is a leading UK camping and outdoor equipment manufacturer. The new innovative tableware is created from discarded rice following the rice harvest. This therefore makes them extremely environmentally friendly and also bio-degradable.

One of the best things about the mug and the tableware collection is its great value for a unique product. They can be used in the microwave, are lightweight and also hardwearing.

My only negative that I can say for this product is the handle is quite small, which could make it difficult to hold and carry.

The mug can come in a range of different colours, adding a personal touch and the collection is now available to buy at www.olpro.co.uk these are great for winter and when using I found that it kept my hot chocolate warm for longer, making it good to use when sitting at a desk working.

My new phone case - ZeroGravity*

Hey Guys!

So I recently had the opportunity to review a phone case from the company ZeroGravity.
They are a modern and unique brand offering a range of stylish cases for various iPhones. The design is definitely something that appealed to me.

I chose the Aloha iPhone 5C case which is priced at $24.00. I felt like the design brought out the sense of travel and adventure that this blog aims to convey.

The case is light and easy to use. It is very durable and although I have never had a case on my phone before I adjusted to it really well. I tend to drop my phone lot, particularly down stairs for some reason and these cases offer extra protection for similar situations.

The case came neatly packaged in a box with the name and logo on, which added to the excitement and gave it a personal feel.

Finally, the case came with these sets of stickers which can be used which I though was a really lovely touch. I really like the ZeroGravity phone cases and if any of my friends or family was looking for a case I would without a doubt recommend them.

You can get in touch with ZeroGravity and see the range of their cases on their website www.touchzerogravity.com

Greg Michaels Jewellery!

Hey Guys!

Sorry for the little break from blogging recently, there seems to be a bug going around at the moment and so have been caught up in that.

I recently had the opportunity to review some lovely jewellery from Greg Michaels, they have a stunning range of jewellery and handbags on their website which from what I have experience are all great quality and very reasonable prices.

Their jewellery comes in some lovely gift boxes with a certificate of authenticity, adding to their quality.

I chose to review the Aura Clear Crystal Earrings which are lovely and I wear them so much! They're perfect to wear with a casual outfit as I do to school or even with a more formal outfit. They are currently on sale at $31.00 on their website.

"Greg Michaels sets the standard in crystal jewellery with high-end translucent crystals in every piece. Our crystals ensure that every piece of jewellery sparkles like certified diamonds creating works of art out of accessories. Fashionable and trendy, Greg Michaels will embellish your favourite outfits."

The second piece of jewellery I reviewed was this gorgeous Joie de Vivere ring available on their website. I wore this ring to my Dad's birthday meal so had a slightly more dressy outfit than I would have at school and I think this ring went really well with that. I love rings and have gathered quite a collection over the years but this is lovely to wear with a slightly more formal outfit.

You can also connect with Greg Michaels on their website or social media pages

What do you think of the Greg Michaels collection? Let me know in the comments

OOTD with Wish Strings

Hey guys!

So sorry I haven't posted in a while I've had a lot on with school so it's been slightly hectic this week!

I recently received some stunning jewellery from a company called Wish Strings and have decided to show you with an ootd post.

Top - New Look
Jeans - Primark
Cardigan - New Look
Bracelets - Wish Strings
Ring - Wish Strings

I love that the rings are custom made to you and the design was lovely. The bracelet was very sweet with cute butterfly charms and the great thing is that they go with pretty much anything, I have been wearing them to school this week.

Wish Strings are a brilliant small business and I love the idea of their wish string bracelets.

The packaging of all their jewellery is lovely but I especially loved this cute saying on the wish string bracelet.

Have you bought anything from wish strings before? Pop over to their Facebook page and let me know in the comments what your favourite pieces are! :)

The Sun Mousse Review

Hey Guys!

So as I've already mentioned I recently went to Cornwall for a couple days and luckily the weather was really nice so we was able to spend a day at the beach.

I was sent a bottle of The Sun Mousse to review and thought that as I needed sun protection this would be an ideal time.

I usually hate sun creams as I find them sticky and I don't like the smell of them but I found that the sun mousse was really smooth and dried into the skin really well. There was also hardly any smell so that was really appealing to me.

"The sun mouse is rapidly absorbed into the skin's outer layer, where advanced, high performance sun filters work to provide immediate and long lasting broad spectrum protection from both UVA AND UVB rays"

It is obviously really important to be protected from the sun and being someone that does burn really easily I was anxious to see if this would help at all. Luckily I didn't get sunburnt whilst I was at the beach!

The bottle I reviewed was the SPF 20, medium 6 hour protection. It says on the bottle that it is very water resistant which I completely agree with as it didn't come off when I went in the sea.

Another thing I love about this is the bottle itself as I usually find the bottles to be a bit plain and boring but this one has a really good beach theme to it.

It is quite expensive compared to sun creams that you can find on offer in supermarkets but I would definitely recommend as I haven't managed to find another protection that isn't oily. This sun mousse is priced at £19.99 for a 150ml aerosol.

REVIEW: Maybelline nail varnish

Morning Guys!

So I recently popped into Boots and picked up this lovely new nail varnish. I've needed a new nail varnish for a while now and I loved the colour of this one. I love bright colours and so this one seemed perfect for a bold summer look.

I found that although I would use these nail varnishes again it tried slightly too quickly and so was a bit difficult to try and get an even coat.

I think all of the Maybelline products are reasonably priced

I picked up a few other pieces from Boots so perhaps I'll be doing a little haul video very soon ;)

Overall, I am pleased with this nail varnish. I usually choose Barry M and think that I do prefer their varnishes slightly more.

Let me know if you've tried these varnishes, what do you think of them? I'm also going shopping tomorrow so let me know of any products I need to be picking up.
